چکیده
Financial problems are one of the reasons why small and medium-sized industries (SMIs) in West Kutai have not developed optimally. Government assistance programs solutions. This program must be appropriate, so a decision-making tool is needed to help choose right SMIs assisted later. The weight criteria was determined using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, priority as preferred proposal for recipients development Technique Other Reference by Similarly Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) approach. Labor, investment, production capacity, value, raw materials were used determine priorities beneficiaries. Furthermore, TOPSIS prioritizes alternative with types handicraft commodities. Integration AHP methods has been successfully IKM Development Priority Determination Application, 83.3% precision 96.4% accuracy achieved confusion matrix that ranking can known. results study found integration two Small Medium Industries Decision Making.

Integration of QFD, AHP, and LPP methods in supplier development problems under uncertainty
Quality function deployment (QFD) is a customer-driven approach, widely used to develop or process new product to maximize customer satisfaction. Last researches used linear physical programming (LPP) procedure to optimize QFD; however, QFD issue involved uncertainties, or fuzziness, which requires taking them into account for more realistic study. In this paper, a set of fuzzy data is used to ...
متن کاملdevelopment of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles
a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
Extensions of ELECTRE-I and TOPSIS methods for group decision-making under complex Pythagorean fuzzy environment
Multi-criteria group decision-making is a process in which decision makers assess the performance of alternatives on the basis of conflicting criteria to opt the most worthy alternative as solution. TOPSIS and ELECTRE are effective and commonly used methods to solve multiple criteria decision-making problems. The aim of this study is to propose two new models, namely, complex Pythagorean fuzzy ...
متن کاملSensitivity Analysis for Quantitative Decision Making Methods: Topsis and Saw
Abstract The quantitative multiple criteria decision making methods are practical to use in decision support systems. In this paper we analyses the quantitative multiple criteria decision making methods and sensitivity analysis methods usage in decision support systems. Both species of these methods are strongly mathematically based. We take notice of sensitivity of these methods to initial dat...
متن کاملIntegration of Environment and Development in Decision Making
This chapter examines the integration of environment and development in policy, planning and management decision-making. Because of its importance in North America, the market is examined as a mechanism for making social choices. Failures of the market and how these create environmental pressures are outlined. Economic growth as a means for improving human welfare is critiqued and the need for ...
